Bear Robotics Unveils Full Hospitality Ecosystem at National Restaurant Association Show 2026
Bear Robotics, a global leader in service robotics and physical AI solutions, today announced a landmark exhibition at the National Restaurant Association Show 2026. Located at McCormick Place, the company is unveiling its most diverse lineup to date, bridging the gap between front–of–house service, back–of–house automation, and facility maintenance.
The Future of Hospitality. Powered by Bear Robotics.
Highlighting the Servi lineup, Bear Robotics is showcasing solutions designed to solve the industry’s most pressing labor challenges, anchored by the Servi Plus, the flagship high–capacity robot. Engineered with the most intelligent and reliable navigation available and a robust 88lb payload capacity, Servi Plus remains the industry gold standard for heavy–duty food running and bussing. This powerhouse is joined by a highly anticipated new product unveiling; while details remain under wraps until the opening of the show, Bear Robotics has confirmed it will officially reveal a new addition to the Servi line on day one.
Beyond Serving
Expanding its footprint into facility management, Bear Robotics is demonstrating its new commercial cleaning robot line, a suite of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that provides a comprehensive sanitation solution for modern venues. This innovative line features automated sweeping and vacuuming for precision cleaning across both carpets and hard floors, alongside specialized mopping and scrubbing capabilities for materials like marble, tile, and vinyl to ensure a professional–grade finish. To streamline operations, the system includes smart scheduling via a unified dashboard, allowing operators to maintain top standards by programing complex cleaning protocols with ease.
The Future of the Kitchen
In collaboration with SoftBank Robotics Corp., Bear Robotics is providing live demonstrations of automated cooking solutions that redefine back-of-house efficiency. Attendees can witness the precision of STEAMA, a steam-powered automated ramen station that delivers the authentic taste of Japan’s renowned ramen restaurants, serving perfectly steam-cooked noodles and broth in just 90 seconds - consistently and with minimal human intervention, alongside FLAMA, a versatile stir-frying and cooking robot. FLAMA is designed to handle a variety of pre-prepped ingredients, utilizing intelligent heat control to execute complex recipes at scale, ensuring that high-volume kitchens can maintain gourmet standards with robotic reliability.
“The 2026 National Restaurant Association Show marks a turning point for Bear Robotics,” said John Ha, CEO of Bear Robotics. “We are moving beyond simple delivery. From our diverse Servi line, and our new cleaning and cooking verticals, we are building a holistic ecosystem that empowers human staff to focus on the guest experience.”
